Stock Loan Support Representative II page is loaded## Stock Loan Support Representative IIlocations: Dublin, Irelandtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: *******## ## Job Description:The Fidelity Agency Lending Associate plays a key role working alongside the securities lending traders, middle office, operations, relationship management and corporate actions teams to provide critical operational support for the Agency Securities Lending product.They will also work collaboratively with Treasury, Finance, as well as FMR/FFIO.**The Expertise We are Looking For*** Bachelor's degree* Brokerage industry experience, preferably in trading or middle/back-office operations* Strong understanding of securities lending business**The Purpose of Your Role**Associate works directly with numerous internal Fidelity business units and external counterparties to ensure fund exposure due to sell activity is remediated.**The Skills You Bring*** Strong communication and relationship building skills.* Must be a detail-oriented individual, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.* You must demonstrate a desire and interest to learn all aspects of the securities lending marketspace.**The Value You Deliver*** By providing operational support for the securities lending desk, you will work closely with traders and counterparties to remediate short-position exposure for Fidelity funds and FAL via market recalls and re-allocations.* Review and resolve contract level breaks to ensure accurate booking of loans.* Analyze short positions due to fund sell activity and determine the most efficient method of remediation.* Communicate with clients, custodian banks and borrowing brokers to ensure all exposure is mitigated to avoid financial and reputational risk.* Vigilantly and continuously trying to identify areas of improvement and be a part of developing the plan to implement change.This is a critical component to the role.* Assist in the development, testing and implementation of new procedures, products, and technologies aimed at improving service to clients.**Other**Available to work shift hours, ranging from 6am – 4.30pmAble to work Irish Bank holidays and have US Bank holidays off.Able to allow for flexibility with working hours.## ## Category:## Brokerage Operations#J-*****-Ljbffr
