QEHS Specialist – Dublin (Fixed-Term Contract, 9 Months)

SEDA Talent is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics. We're looking for a QEHS Specialist to join the team at their Dublin facility on a 9-month fixed-term contract — with a critical mission to uphold the highest standards in Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS).

The Role:

As QEHS Specialist, you'll ensure the site is always audit-ready and compliant with quality, food safety, and EHS legislation, customer standards, and internal policies. You'll own the Quality Management System, including HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP, and champion a positive food safety culture across the site.

You'll also:

* Be the technical lead for customer, supplier, and certification bodies

* Conduct and lead internal/external audits

* Oversee environmental, health, and safety functions and compliance

* Provide training, support, and problem-solving across departments

* Travel routinely to the Lurgan site

Qualifications / Experience

* Degree in Food Science (or equivalent)

* 5+ years' experience in food or FMCG industry

* Strong background in quality, safety, and environmental compliance

* Experience with food safety certifications and licensing audits

* Confident in presenting to cross-functional teams and leadership

* Deep knowledge of QMS and EHS regulatory requirements
