Senior Finance Manager, Dublin South, Hybrid
Barden are delighted to lead the search for a prestigious Irish business headquartered in Dublin, to support the appointment of an experienced and motivated
Senior Finance Manager
to take ownership of operating cost reporting within a large, dynamic finance function.
This role will be central to delivering accurate financial information, supporting decision-making, and ensuring strong financial control.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, contribute to process improvements, and support a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver accurate month-end reporting and analysis for operating costs
Prepare accruals, investigate variances, and support budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and SOX
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
Support audits and contribute to ongoing process improvements
Mentor junior team members where needed
About the person:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
5+ years' experience in financial reporting and cost analysis
Strong technical skills and ERP system experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder engagement
Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
Working across all business types, but exclusively within the accounting, finance & tax community, Barden exists to share bespoke advice, guidance and support to professionals along each step of their career journey.
