Senior Finance Manager, Dublin South, Hybrid

Barden are delighted to lead the search for a prestigious Irish business headquartered in Dublin, to support the appointment of an experienced and motivatedSenior Finance Managerto take ownership of operating cost reporting within a large, dynamic finance function. This role will be central to delivering accurate financial information, supporting decision-making, and ensuring strong financial control. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, contribute to process improvements, and support a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver accurate month-end reporting and analysis for operating costs
- Prepare accruals, investigate variances, and support budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and SOX
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
- Support audits and contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Mentor junior team members where needed

About the person:

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 5+ years' experience in financial reporting and cost analysis
- Strong technical skills and ERP system experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
