Key responsibilities include:
Asset Management
: Supported financial modelling, internal valuations, KPI tracking, and strategic performance reviews across the portfolio in collaboration with asset management teams.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
: Reviewed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Capital Raising Support
: Assisted in creating pitchs, investment models, and structuring financial/legal frameworks for debt and equity capital raising initiatives.
Investment Evaluation
: Conducted detailed financial modelling, market research, due diligence, and risk assessments to evaluate acquisition opportunities and inform investment decisions.
Strategic & Stakeholder Engagement
: Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders, contributed to internal strategy projects, and prepared presentations for senior leadership and investment committees.
About You
Qualified Accountant (Big 4/Top 10 trained) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in practice and/or industry.
Exceptional quantitative skills, financial modelling, market analysis, and ability to assess macroeconomic and real estate fundamentals.
Proven track record of delivering quality work under pressure, with strong organizational habits, ownership, and attention to detail.
Excellent Communication and Team Skills
