Our client, a top civil engineering contractor, requires a Site Manager for residential building projects in North Cork.Responsibilities:Implement our proven Safety Management System on siteImplement our Quality Management System on siteSuggest appropriate changes that will increase the overall efficiency of the building process without compromising Safety or QualityWorking to an agreed programme and planning future works to avoid delaysPlan, maintain and control the financial administration of all construction work to attain and maintain maximum cost effectivenessRequisitioning materials required on site in time and to the correct specificationAttend various meetings to ensure the efficient communication of all issues that affect day to day running of the siteOrganising daily whiteboard meetingsManagement of all day to day onsite activityAbility to prioritize workloadStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPro-active approachProven track record in similar roleRequirements:5+ years site management experienceResidential experience is a bonus but not necessaryDemonstrated ability to see projects through from concept to completionPrevious Experience Working for a Main ContractorExperience on commercial building projectsThe successful candidate will be offered a permanent position with a salary of €70,000, a van, and a 5% pension contribution.To apply, please contact Bobby on 087 916 0169 or apply online.We also offer a €500 referral policy for successful referrals.#J-18808-Ljbffr
