About the Role The SEO Content Specialist will play a key role in creating and optimising content to improve our organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about SEO and content optimisation, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic.
You'll bring experience in traditional SEO, while also helping us adapt to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), optimising content for AI-powered search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and at least two of the following languages: German, French and Italian
Responsibilities Write compelling, high-quality and SEO-friendly website content, including blog posts, website copy, page descriptions and other digital assetsReview and audit existing SEO content to find new and missed opportunities and make recommendations for improvement based on SEO best practicesConduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact keywords for our target audienceOptimise and localise content for international audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevanceWork closely and collaboratively with the entire global SEO teamWrite timely blog posts on major data breaches in EMEA, ensuring factual accuracy, sensitivity and alignment with brand toneSupport and contribute to our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts, including optimising content for visibility in AI-powered answersTrack, analyse and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO/GEO industry toolsManage the SEO content calendar for international blogsStay updated on international SEO trends and algorithm updatesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design and development, to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all digital assetsContinuously test and refine SEO strategies to drive continuous improvement3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a multinational or multilingual contextFluent in English and two of the following: German, French, Italian (written and spoken)Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website trafficExcellent written skills; ability to organise and present information on screen and verbally with a teamStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insightsDetail-oriented mindset with excellent organisational, project and time management skillsCreative problem solver and team player with a positive attitudeKnowledge of on-page and off-page ranking factorsFamiliarity with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling toolsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environmentPreferred Requirements Cybersecurity industry knowledgeFamiliarity with Generative Engine Optimization, AI Overviews, or AI-powered search platformsUnderstanding of Technical SEO, such as website architecture, 301 redirects and proper canonicalisationBasic knowledge of HTML and CSS as it relates to SEOFamiliarity with WordPress or other content management systemsOnsite lunchesPrivate healthcare (no wait period)Pension contribution (no wait period)Sick PayBike-to-Work Scheme (if local)Keeper is an equal opportunity employer.
