We are currently seeking a skilled professional to create high-quality written content for clients in Cork. This full-time, permanent role will involve producing tender responses, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and construction methodologies across various scopes to bring construction projects from concept through planning to tender and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and draft high-quality written content for tender and PQQ submissions.
  • Compile Health, Safety, and Environmental reports.
  • Manage technical capability summaries and coordinate with the bid team to ensure submissions are completed.
  • Write, edit, and maintain content for submissions including project case studies, policies, and planning applications.
  • Translate technical material into reader-friendly content tailored to client needs.
  • Review and revise tender documentation to align with contractual and industry requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architectural technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
