Job Title: Technical Communications Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Communications Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in technical communication, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that supports business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, development, product management, and marketing, to create content that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and manage workload effectively
  • Technical illustration skills: Photoshop and Illustrator or similar
  • Experience with topic-based writing, preferably DITA xml
  • Document control and revisioning in content management or version control systems
