Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to grow the business through the execution of the digital communications plan and to lead the development of the business email strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive email marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Planning, creating, and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Managing and segmenting the email database, ensuring audience targeting and personalization.
  • Overseeing A/B testing and analyzing campaign performance metrics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Ensuring compliance with email marketing best practices, including GDPR and SPAM regulations.
  • Collaborating with the design and content teams to create compelling email templates and copy.
  • Generating detailed reports and insights, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Creativity with an understanding and passion for the latest trends in food, digital media, and social.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in HTML and email template design is a plus.
