Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to shape and deliver our digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development & Performance Analysis:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies to support awareness, engagement, and income goals.
    • Define clear performance metrics and report on digital channel effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
    • Monitor trends and opportunities in digital markets and apply them to ongoing improvement.
  • Social Media & Advertising Management:
    • Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn).
    • Test targeting, creative formats, and messaging to improve outcomes.
    • Support the wider social media approach with expertise and best practices.
  • Content Creation & Visuals:
    • Work with internal teams to drive content quality across web, social, and email channels.
    • Collaborate on visual content creation using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Ensure all content is engaging, user-focused, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns:
    • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns using segmentation and automation tools.
    • Monitor engagement and refine strategy based on results.
  • Website & E-commerce Optimization:
    • Manage content and user experience across the website and online shop.
    • Use analytics to improve conversion rates and support income-generating activities.
    • Implement practical SEO strategies for increased visibility.
  • Performance Reporting & Analysis:
    • Use tools like Google Analytics to track performance and inform decision-making.
    • Communicate insights and learnings to help foster a culture of continuous improvement.
