German Language Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled German language expert to localise our content and provide support to German customers.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a talented linguist to join our team in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our German-language domains are accurate, up-to-date, and culturally relevant.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Localisation: Translate all website copy, including product descriptions and new features, using a range of internal tools.
- Culture and Seasonality: Ensure that key touchpoints, including the Homepage and Top Navigation, are seasonally and culturally relevant.
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Localise onsite top landing pages and experiences, and optimise for organic traffic, including keyword research and the creation of SEO copy.
- Paid Search Campaigns: Provide language support in the creation or optimisation of SEM paid search campaigns.
- Discount Scheduling: Schedule calendared discounts, and adapt for the local market.
- Email Support: Localise and QA marketing emails and new or updated trigger/canvas campaigns.
- Customer Care: Assist the Customer Care team by answering German language enquiries.
- Zendesk Support: Maintain German language Zendesk articles so they are up to date and accurate.
- Competitor Research: Monitor 3rd-party review sites, responding to or escalating issues when needed.
- Team Support: Complete local competitor research on pricing, marketing campaigns etc., and support all other teams with German language support when required.
