German Language Localization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled German language specialist to localize our domains and assist German customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Localize all website copy, product descriptions, and new features using internal tools.
  • Ensure key touchpoints like the Homepage and Top Navigation are seasonally and culturally relevant.
  • Optimize onsite top landing pages and experiences for organic traffic through keyword research and SEO copy creation.
  • Provide language support for SEM paid search campaigns and schedule calendared discounts.
  • Localize and QA marketing emails and trigger/canvas campaigns.
  • Assist the Customer Care team with German language enquiries and maintain Zendesk articles.
  • Monitor 3rd-party review sites, responding to or escalating issues when needed.
  • Support other teams with German language support when required.
About You
  • Native German speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Translation and copywriting skills localizing English to German.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools.
  • Organized and attention to detail.
  • Flexible team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEM Rush is a plus.
