Join Hive Healthcare as a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM)
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care in our Nursing home facilities.
Your managerial skills and clinical expertise will guide your team in providing compassionate and effective care to our patients.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of care are met.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote safe and effective practice within the nursing home.
Ensure all nursing records are accurately maintained and that patient care is documented appropriately.
Provide leadership support, mentoring, and development for nursing staff, promoting continuous education and skill enhancement.
Instruct and evaluate nursing staff in their clinical practices and encourage a culture of teamwork and respect.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients.
Address any concerns or grievances, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
Must have at least 3 years of post-registration experience in a similar role.
Our organization is located in rural
Galway
, and it is essential to have a dependable private transportation arrangement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with patients and staff.
Candidates must possess CNM experience in Ireland, hold a valid work permit, and an active NMBI PIN.
