As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care in our Nursing home facilities. Your managerial skills and clinical expertise will guide your team in providing compassionate and effective care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of care are met.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote safe and effective practice within the nursing home.
- Ensure all nursing records are accurately maintained and that patient care is documented appropriately.
- Provide leadership support, mentoring, and development for nursing staff, promoting continuous education and skill enhancement.
- Instruct and evaluate nursing staff in their clinical practices and encourage a culture of teamwork and respect.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Address any concerns or grievances, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of post-registration experience in a similar role.
- Our organization is located in rural Galway, and it is essential to have a dependable private transportation arrangement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with patients and staff.
- Candidates must possess CNM experience in Ireland, hold a valid work permit, and an active NMBI PIN.
- We are seeking an individual who is available to start immediately.
