Join Barclays as a Regulatory Reporting Data Manager, where you will support the delivery of strategic initiatives across Group Controls, focusing on the integration of Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) processes.
You will play a key role in identifying inefficiencies, driving innovation, and enhancing governance and reporting services across the business.
To be successful as a Regulatory Reporting Data Manager, you should have:
Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
Ability to interpret and apply pan-European or in-country European regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in technical analysis and data analytics tools.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record of engagement with stakeholders beyond the immediate team.
Experience of managing and working with complex projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
Highly analytical mind with a strong attention to detail.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in business rule production and data automation strategies.
Project Management qualifications or relevant certifications.

This role is based in Dublin.
Purpose of the role
To implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation, and optimise resources.
Accountabilities
Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.
