Ryanair Labs are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join Europe's Largest Airline Group

The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and supporting the agile development process.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of airline technology by contributing to the design and delivery of high-impact software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile software development environments.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Proven ability to gather and document requirements effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and working with design teams.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.

Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary
20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.
