Reperio has partnered with a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join their growing project delivery team.

In this role, you will support project managers and senior analysts on a range of digital and IT initiatives, helping to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for digital and technology projectsSupport process mapping and workflow documentation to identify areas for improvementLiaise with stakeholders to ensure clear communication between business and technical teamsAssist in managing project timelines and deliverables in a dynamic environmentHelp ensure solutions are delivered to specification and meet business needs

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline3+ years' experience in a business analysis or similar roleProficiency with collaboration tools such as JIRA or ConfluenceStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
