Pharmacy Manager

Position: Shop ManagerReporting to: Area ManagerWe are seeking an enthusiastic and competent person for the role of Shop ManagerPrimary Roles and Responsibilities:To achieve sales targets as agreed in key sales categoriesTo facilitate an expert service and advice centre for dispensary, OTC healthcare and dermo-cosmeticsTo maintain cash and creditor accounting proceduresTo maintain the highest standard in pharmacy presentationTo manage a team of up to 9 employees and be a team player.To ensure that the shop is properly stocked at all times and manage stocktaking and placing ordersOccasional Duties:To attend meeting/training sessions as requiredTo carry out any other reasonable request made by Senior ManagementThe ideal candidate will:Be a mature organised individual with the ability to work on own initiative and with strong team leadership capabilitiesHave experience in both dispensary and front of shop , Cosmetics , and will exhibit excellent customer care.Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through on all shop issuesHave good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively motivate other team membersUse dispensary and OTC , Cosmetic & Skincare expertise to give customers the best benefit of the products we sellLead the team in giving advice and providing excellent care to our customersProvide guidance and support for new and existing employees, withProvide on-the-job training to new employeesThis will be a full-time role, normally working 40 hours per weekThe Pharmacy Group is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of gender, age, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion, marital status,.Job Type: Full-timePay: €40,******-€45,****** per yearBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
