The successful candidate will form an integral part of the Administration team and will possess: A relevant Business/Administration and or IT qualification and have achieved a high level of proficiency in sameExcellent Microsoft skills; ECDL is desirableAbility to invoice, receipt and reconcile cash as requiredProven typing & dictation experience plus data entry.A knowledge of PIMS is desirable.Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills and have the ability to work on his/her own initiative and have a proactive "can do" approachWorking knowledge of medical terminology and processes.Strong attention to detail and highly organisedFluency in English both spoken and written is a pre-requisite for this roleSome experience with scheduling appointments will be highly regardedInformal enquiries to Mary Kelly, Laboratory Services Manager ****** 021 4801748 Applicationsfor the above post are to be submitted online to Mandy O'Sullivan, Talent Acquisition Specialist.
