We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established leader in HVAC and pipework mechanical installation, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
Supervise and coordinate the work of the on-site workforce, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards at all times.
Perform quality control inspections and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the site and manage logistics.
Provide technical support and guidance on the installation of HVAC and pipework systems.
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure work is completed as per client requirements.
Report on progress, issues, and any delays to the project manager or senior site management team.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Engineer, with a focus on HVAC and pipework mechanical installation.
Strong understanding of mechanical installation techniques and systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in construction and mechanical installation projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with clients.
Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) preferred.
Previous experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems would be a significant advantage.
