We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead and execute multiple strategic HR initiatives within our Portfolio Management team.
This role will be responsible for managing a comprehensive program of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple concurrent HR projects and initiatives from inception to completion
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Create and implement project management methodologies and best practices
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate with stakeholders across various levels and departments
Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management
Drive change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption
Manage vendor relationships and third-party partnerships
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and workshops
Develop and maintain project documentation and communication plans
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of project management experience
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (JIRA preferably)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with budget management and resource allocation
Preferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Background in HR transformation projects
Experience in financial services or similar corporate environment
Change management certification (PROSCI or similar)
Experience with HR systems implementation
Knowledge of portfolio management principles
