Community Manager

About The Role
CalypsoAI is looking for a Community Manager to drive real-world engagement across our field marketing and social media programs.
This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and events—building awareness, trust, and demand by connecting our brand with the right voices, conversations, and experiences.
You'll own the day-to-day execution of social media, influencer marketing, and event activation—helping us build a strong, peer-led presence in the AI security community.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily execution of our social media strategy
Work with industry influencers, advisors, and customers to amplify key messages
Support and coordinate field marketing activities at conferences and events
Collaborate with the content and demand gen teams to maximize reach and engagement
Help develop and grow a strong, engaged community of CISOs, practitioners, and security leaders
Track and report on engagement metrics, community growth, and social performance
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in community management, social media, or field marketing
Proven ability to drive social media growth and engagement, especially on LinkedIn
Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for on-brand tone and timing
Experience working in B2B tech or cybersecurity preferred
Ability to travel for key events
Familiarity with event marketing and/or influencer programs is a plus
Graphic design skills is a plus
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
