Location:Blended (Galway / Remote)Contract Type:Full-TimeAbout UsProactive is a forward-thinking Design & Marketing Agency dedicated to delivering outstanding digital experiences.We specialise in communicating complex messages for High Tech Industries through creative graphic design, branding, web design, digital marketing, video, animation and marketing strategy.We are passionate about combining creativity with innovation to create impactful campaigns.The RoleWe are looking for a talented and imaginative Creative Digital Designer to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling digital experiences.You will work closely with our marketing, content, and development teams to produce high-quality digital assets across various platforms.ResponsibilitiesDesign & Conceptualisation:Develop creative concepts and designs for digital campaigns, websites, social media graphics, email templates, online ads, and more.Visual Storytelling:Craft compelling visual narratives that align with our brand and marketing objectives.User Experience:Collaborate with UX/UI specialists to design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications.Brand Consistency:Ensure all design work adheres to client brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations.Trend Awareness:Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.Asset Creation:Produce and manage a library of digital assets, including icons, illustrations, and animations.Prototyping:Develop prototypes and mockups for client and internal presentations.Feedback Implementation:Actively seek and incorporate feedback to improve designs and deliver optimal solutions.RequirementsExperience:5 years + experience as a Digital Designer or in a similar creative role.Education:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Technical Skills:Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.Understanding HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus but not essential.Experience with motion graphics and animation is desirable.Design Knowledge:Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and design principles.Communication:Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and communicate with project managers and colleagues promptly where required.Problem-Solving:Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve design challenges.Attention to Detail:Meticulous approach to design with a commitment to quality and accuracy.Time Management:Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creativity:Passion for design and a drive to experiment with new ideas and techniques.What We OfferOpportunity to work on diverse and exciting projectsA supportive and collaborative work environmentProfessional development and training opportunitiesHow to ApplyYou can apply for this position by emailing******with a copy of your CV and examples of your work (please provide links rather than attachments where possible).#J-*****-Ljbffr
