Job DescriptionAbout the job We are currently working with a client in the fintech/payments industry to hire a Temporary General Admin Assistant to support core business operations during a busy period.This is a temporary position, well-suited to someone who is organised, confident using Excel, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment.Key Responsibilities of Temporary General Admin Assistant:Provide temporary administrative support to internal teams.Create and manage spreadsheets using Excel or Google Sheets.Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.Assist with scheduling, diary management, and internal coordination.Prepare and update documents, records, and reports.Liaise with internal departments and external contacts as required.Perform general office support and ad hoc admin duties as needed.Requirements for Temporary General Admin Assistant Job:Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.Confident using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data organisation.Professional phone manner and strong communication skills.Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.Proactive, adaptable, and available at short notice for a temporary contract.This is a great temporary opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who enjoys varied work and supporting a collaborative team during a key period.For more information or to discuss this opportunity in more detail, contact Sorcha Gillman at ****** or apply directly via the link.
