OverviewJob title:Site ManagerLocation:Co.CorkSalary/Package:Competitive (Negotiable DOE)Project:ResidentialWe are currently seeking an experiencedSite Managerto lead delivery on a high-value residential project in Cork (c. €30M) for a tier one contractor.The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations across a large residential development.Supervise subcontractors, trades, and direct staff.Implement and enforce Health & Safety procedures and site inductions.Monitor programme progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.Liaise with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.Drive the project through to successful completion and handover.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential projects.Tier one/Tier two contractor experienceStrong understanding of BCAR, QA, and construction regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects on programme and budget.How to applySend your updated CV to APPLY NOW#J-*****-Ljbffr
