Overview
Semi-state body with offices in Dublin 1 is currently seeking a Claims Assistant with experience in road traffic accidents.
You will need to have strong communication skills and the ability to confidently and efficiently manage a busy caseload.
While you will be part of a team, you will carry a caseload of approximately 250 property damage claims and you will need to be able to liaise with all relevant external professionals in order to effectively process these claims.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of approximately 250 property damage claims and liaise with external professionals to effectively process these claims
Collaborate as part of a team while handling individual caseloads
Maintain clear communication and documentation to support each claim
Qualifications
2-3 years' experience in Claims Management in the insurance sector
Demonstrable understanding of road traffic legislation and Tort Law
Details
12 month FTC
Hybrid working – three days onsite in Dublin 1
Fully equipped modern offices close to several transport links including Dart, Bus and Red Line Luas
