We are seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Administrator to support our logistics operations.
This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with drivers, acting as a key point of contact for the internal customer service team, and assisting the logistics manager to ensure smooth and efficient transportation processes.

Core Responsibilities:
Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Input and maintain logistics data in relevant systems.
Upload and update route information promptly.
Liaise regularly with drivers to communicate schedules, updates, and requirements.
Act as the point of contact for the internal customer service team regarding logistics-related queries.
Provide administrative support to the Distribution Manager.
Perform ad hoc tasks and assist with other duties as needed to support the logistics team.
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Personable and effective communicator, able to liaise well with drivers, the customer service team, and other stakeholders.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
