We are currently seeking compassionate and professional individuals to join our team in the role of Healthcare Assistant.
This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with an annual salary of €30,000 for a 39-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their personal care needs are met while upholding the highest standards of care.
Foster a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere for residents, their families, visitors, staff, and volunteers.
Respect and support residents' individual preferences and choices.
Strictly maintain confidentiality concerning all residents and the Care Centre's private information.
Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and local policies.
Participate in mandatory and optional training programs as directed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
