The eCommerce Product Manager will oversee the optimisation, continuous improvement, and monitoring of

and associated assets towards our Channel Strategy.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behaviour, and digital product management.
The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and optimisation of our product strategies in an Enterprise Agile model.
What else it involves:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and execute the e-commerce product strategy aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Manage relationships with 3rd Party Product vendors including affiliates to ensure KPI's are met.
Drive measurable customer and business value by delivering impactful product enhancements across digital commerce platforms.
Product Development:
Lead the end-to-end ecommerce product development process from ideation to launch.
Work closely with UX/UI designers and journey teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing product pages.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of new products.
Project Management:
Manage product development timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to support product launches and campaigns.
Monitor and report on digital product performance, using data to drive improvements.
Customer Experience:
Work with the Human Centred Design team to identify journey enhancements and overall shop experience.
Implement A/B testing and other methods to continually improve product offerings.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilise analytics tools to track product performance, sales, and customer engagement.
Generate reports and insights to guide decision-making.
Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure success.
Affiliates and Partnerships:
Optimise current affiliate partnerships to drive conversion with a Digital First approach.
Monitor and report on affiliate performance.
Identify new profitable partnerships and onboard with key stakeholders.
Marketplace:
Play an active role in achieving our Channel goals through the Marketplace programme.
Act as a SME to inform decision-making and support product development and innovation to enhance online performance.
The skills we are looking for:
Exceptional communication skills including PowerPoint, ability to form packs, and adapt to different stakeholder seniority levels.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to tie actions to margin improvement.
Workshop facilitation skills and ability to bring the organisation "on the journey".
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to communicate at all levels including the board.
A thought leader with a passion for execution.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market trends.
Passionate about learning with an understanding of Jobs to be Done, Consumer Psychology, and customer journey effectiveness.
Project Management expertise, ideally in an Agile environment.
Exceptional data analysis skills and proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
Excellent strategic planning and business analysis skills, familiar with JIRA, MIRO, A/B Testing, and GenAI technology is advantageous.
Relevant qualifications in a Digital discipline, Consumer Psychology, eCommerce, or a related field are preferred.
Proven experience in commercial analysis, web analytics, strategic planning, and commercial roles would be ideal.
