MonaghanProject – School ProjectSalary – Competitive plus vehicle & fuelAbout the Company:INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is keen to speak with Site Managers on behalf a Medium sized building contractor on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to join their team working on a school project based in County Armagh valued at €5m.The contractor would cover projects both North and South of Ireland as well as across in Mainland UK as well. They would handle projects between £500k - £7M across educational, healthcare and residential sectors.Roles & Responsibilities: * Oversee project and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors across the site. * Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget. * Host weekly meetings to update senior management and clients on project progress. * Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines. * Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations. * Complete the project from start to finish.Criteria Required: * Construction and Engineering Management degree / qualified. * Minimum of 5 years site management experience, preferably within large sites. * Experience in commercial projects. * Ability to work to tight deadlines. * Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills. * PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc. * Clean Driver’s License.For any additional information on the role, please contact Caolán McConville at Inform3 Recruitment.INFORM3 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
