Monaghan, Ireland Konfloor IRL Ltd Full time

- Candidates must be willing to travel for work to Konfloor sites across Ireland, the UK & EU Countries

Job Roles & Duties

- Manage a crew of concrete workers to ensure projects are delivered to client specifications & quality

- Liaise with clients and subcontractors on site in all ascpects

- Organise daily work schedules and delegating roles to various tradesmen and skilled workers in the crew

- Completion of daily and weekly checklists to ensure accurate real-time reporting of information to office based staff

- First point of contact for all HR related issues involving site based workers

- Take proactive ownership of all site related issues starting from the initial planning for pre-site organised, right through to on-site activities and subsequent completion of project to ensure a successful outcome at each stage

Essential Criteria

- Minimum 2 years experience leading a crew of workers in the concrete industry

- Must be able to read construction drawings and rebar schedules

Salary & Remuneration

- Starting salary from €45k

- Occupational workplace pension

- 20 days annual leave plus statutory public holidays

- All necessary training provided by the company
