OverviewAre you a detail-driven Quantity Surveyor with a passion for sustainable solutions and mechanical systems?We're working with a forward-thinking client who is a leader in mechanical and decarbonisation projects across Ireland.With a growing portfolio of innovative, energy-efficient projects, they're now looking to expand their commercial team with a dedicated Quantity Surveyor.Working hours: 8:*******:00 (Mon/Thu) and 8:*******:00 (Fri).About the ClientOur client specialises in delivering high-quality mechanical and decarbonisation projects for public and private sector clients, with a strong focus on renewable technologies, carbon reduction initiatives, and energy-efficient building services.Their mission is to create sustainable infrastructure that helps drive Ireland's journey toward Net Zero.Role ResponsibilitiesPreparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecastsManaging contract variations, valuations, and interim applicationsCollaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clientsEnsuring compliance with commercial and contractual obligationsSupporting project planning and risk management activitiesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical, M&E, or decarbonisation sectorsStrong understanding of NEC or JCT contractsExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsA proactive, solution-focused approach to cost managementDegree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)What's on OfferCompetitive salary (DOE)Performance-based bonusCompany vehicle or car allowanceOpportunities for career progression in a growing, future-focused business#J-*****-Ljbffr
