OverviewA leading law firm in Ireland is seeking an experiencedData Privacy Managerto oversee all aspects of data protection and privacy compliance.Working closely with legal teams and business support functions, you will ensure internal and client-facing operations comply with GDPR, Irish Data Protection Acts and wider international frameworks.ResponsibilitiesManage data protection policies, DSARs and retention projects.Review DPAs, privacy notices and contractual clauses.Support responses to security queries, regulatory investigations and data breaches.Conduct DPIAs and maintain the firm's ROPA.Deliver tailored privacy training and promote privacy-by-design principles.Act as the firm's contact with the Data Protection Commission, monitoring regulatory developments and advising stakeholders.Ideal candidateThird level qualification in law or a related field, with at least 2-3 years' privacy/data protection experience.Strong background in compliance frameworks.Professional certification (CIPP/E, CIPM) desirable.In-depth knowledge of GDPR and EU data protection law.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project delivery skills.ApplicationThis is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive privacy professional to join a top-tier law firm and play a key role in shaping its compliance strategy.For more details or to express an interest, please contact Mared Roberts for a confidential conversation or send a CV to ******.Absolute discretion is assured.We support and promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.#J-*****-Ljbffr
