Reporting to the New Business Team Lead this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team. The primary responsibility of this role is to secure new policy sales through incoming calls from our affinity scheme network.
service existing motor insurance customers handling incoming customer calls, processing policy changes and renewals.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years personal insurance experience with practical knowledge in Applied Relay.Accountabilities of the RoleHandling incoming customer calls and emails.
