The Global Operations Integrity Operations Team strives to create a safe atmosphere for the Meta communities by way of support, education, and care for the various people around the world who use our platforms.

Integrity Operations' focus is on mitigating real-world harm to protect our community of users, improving the health of our products and helping people understand how to use them through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions.

We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to harm reduction and support at scale.
You will generate insights and optimize the labelling process.
You will play a pivotal role in the development of AI and ML models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance across both integrity and support use cases.
Responsibilities
Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement modern community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements
Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations
Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats
Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community
Build effective cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users
Develop an understanding of the integrity issues and how they affect our community
Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment
4+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations
Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams
Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Knowledge of other programming languages, e.g. Python, R, SQL
Avid user of our platform of products
Strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving skills
