At The Castle Spa, guests indulge in restorative therapies, rejuvenating treatments, and invigorating beauty rituals inspired by Lady Ethel, one of Dromolands most iconic and graceful figures.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a 4* or 5* spa environment, a deep commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for guest care.
Overview of Role: As a Spa Therapist at Dromoland Castle Resort, you will perform all treatments and services featured on our spa menu to the highest professional standards.
You will deliver personalised and memorable guest experiences, conducting thorough consultations and providing tailored product and treatment recommendations.
Maintaining exceptional hygiene and professional standards in the spa environment is essential.
You will also contribute to achieving performance targets, benefiting from a competitive commission structure on retail sales and treatments.
Spa Therapist Part-Time (Permanent) Location: Dromoland Castle Resort The Castle Spa Hours: 3 to 4 days per week, including weekends Schedule: Monday to Sunday with varied shifts flexibility essential Rota: 4-week rolling rota to support a healthy work-life balance Key Responsibilities: Perform all treatments and services listed on our spa menu to the highest professional standards.
Deliver consistently memorable, personalised guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs and provide tailored product and treatment recommendations.
Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and professional standards throughout the spa environment.
Actively contribute to achieving performance targets with competitive commission earned on retail sales and treatments.
Qualifications: Recognised ITEC or CIDESCO qualification.
Minimum of one year post-qualification experience, with strong skills in facials and massage.
Warm, guest-focused, and confident in delivering luxury service.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
