The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a 4* or 5* spa environment, a deep commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for guest care.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistently memorable, personalised guest experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and professional standards throughout the spa environment.
  • Actively contribute to achieving performance targets with competitive commission earned on retail sales and treatments.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Recognised ITEC or CIDESCO qualification.
  • Minimum of one year post-qualification experience, with strong skills in facials and massage.
  • Warm, guest-focused, and confident in delivering luxury service.
