OverviewThe responsibility of the Fieldsales Manager is to lead, motivate and inspire a team of Residential Field Sales Reps in the delivery of sales targets through best-in-class planning, sales execution, compliance and reporting.Our DNAWe Care, We're Curious,We achieve together, We're people peopleClick About CPM International to get a real feel for our culture and meet some of our peopleThe Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:Delivery of KPIs including, headcount and sales targetsBe a role-model for your team, always leading from the front in terms of performance, quality and complianceKnowledge Expert – product and selling skills and objection handlingHands on leader – this is a field-based role where you will actively sell and demonstrate the sales strategy to coach and support team members, both new and existingAbility to tailor coaching and communications styles to maximise team members' engagement and learningSupport the Client Service Manager as requiredContinuous identification and sharing of market intelligence to ensure all opportunities are identified and grasped within the teamEnsure the team are conducting compliant activity at all times in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines and expectationsRobust communication routines with team members on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure effective planning, pipeline management, opportunity identification management and conversionFunctional Responsibilities:Provide ongoing industry insight from the field and team members and channel accordinglyMaintain knowledge on all client services and activities and ensure the team are kept informed and understand how to include in presentations to deliver benefits to prospectsRepresent CPM and our client in a consistently professional mannerSupport recruiting, onboarding and training of new staff as requiredUndertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line managerQualifications:Experience of people leadership in a target driven field-based setting, including recruitment, induction, personal development, performance management, quality and complianceTrack record of managing teams to sales targets in sales or in a comparably demanding self-directed environmentCompetent IT Skills.Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office and efficiently managing the admin processes and systems required to manage the teamEssential:Inherent ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and customersArticulate and confident communicator across all media types, with excellent influencing skills and compelling presentation delivery capabilityA role-model of integrity, compliance and best practiceExceptional people skills – inherently skilled at balancing the need to provide clear direction, hold people to account whilst providing a framework within which to succeedExceptional track record of high-quality sales delivery in a field environmentExcellent time management to effectively balance concurrent responsibilitiesStrong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthlyWork on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performancePositive mindset interacting with customers, colleagues and clientsAutonomous and solution focused – proactive approach to problem solving and dynamic in their approach to motivating and energising a teamStrong attention to detail and an analytical mindset – able to interrogate data / performance metrics to identify trends and corresponding actionsFull Irish driving licenceFluent EnglishPrevious experience managing Direct Sales Field TeamsBenefitsCompetitive basic salary DOEUncapped commissionCompany vehicle and fuel cardLaptop, mobile, lunch allowanceRegular opportunities for Reward and Recognition through our People Awards schemeFast career development and progression opportunities for performers from 6 months#J-*****-Ljbffr
