Engineering Coordinator
Our client, a leading business in the
engineering and construction sector
, is seeking a technically minded and ICT-savvy
Parts & Warranty Coordinator
to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with parts, logistics, and digital systems, while supporting service operations in a hands-on environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, the Parts & Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of warranty claims, managing procurement and inventory, and ensuring that the correct parts are available to support ongoing projects.
You'll also maintain the online parts store, process orders, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage
warranty claims
, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
Oversee
parts procurement, stocktaking, and inventory control
for construction and engineering equipment.
Coordinate logistics for parts delivery, liaising with freight providers and suppliers.
Maintain and update the
online parts platform
, ensuring stock, pricing, and product details are accurate.
Process online customer orders, ensuring prompt fulfilment and excellent service.
Work closely with the Service Operations Manager to support day-to-day operational requirements.
Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline parts and warranty workflows.
What We're Looking For
Experience in
parts management, procurement, or warranty administration
.
Strong ICT skills with confidence using inventory systems, e-commerce platforms, and digital tools.
Technically minded with an understanding of engineering or construction equipment.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers, service teams, and customers.
Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a busy team.
Previous experience in
engineering, construction, or heavy equipment industries
.
Stocktaking and logistics coordination background.
Familiarity with
online parts sales or e-commerce systems
.
