Order & Logistics Coordinator

Overview Join Schneider Electric in Galway as an Order & Logistics Coordinator supporting our rapidly growing Liquid Cooling business.
This is a hybrid role (minimum three days on-site) that blends order management, purchasing and logistics coordination across multiple manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities Receive and validate customer orders for liquid cooling products, capturing all details accurately.
Place purchase orders with manufacturing facilities in Ireland, India and the US.
Use the LEAP ANC Platform to support Engineer-to-Order (ETO) builds and accurate purchase order placement.
Liaise with the Order Management team to confirm shipment dates.
Coordinate with manufacturing sites to track production schedules and shipping timelines.
Manage logistics activities such as shipment coordination, delivery tracking and issue resolution.
Operate within the Oracle ERP system to execute all order, purchasing and logistics tasks while maintaining data integrity.
Work closely with supply chain, operations and customer service teams to deliver smooth order fulfilment.
What we’re looking for Experience in administrative, order management, supply chain or logistics coordination roles.
Ability to work independently, use initiative and “join the dots” between tasks and stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Oracle ERP and LEAP ANC is a strong advantage but not essential (training will be provided).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills to work effectively across teams and time zones.
