Responsibilities
Show real passion for beauty and skincare and deliver exemplary customer service on counter.
Drive retail sales on your counter and work as a team to hit counter targets.
Coach, support, and develop the team to build skills, competencies, ambitious goals, and retail growth.
Motivate others to deliver high performance and create the right environment to deliver results.
Be an excellent communicator, building positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and management.
Provide genuine and friendly service and advice to customers seeking the best in beauty products.
Be the face of Elizabeth Arden, identifying products or services that are perfect for the customer and showcasing knowledge of innovative beauty products and services.
Carry out an RDSE service as part of daily responsibilities.
Requirements
As a beauty Consultant, you are the face of the Elizabeth Arden counter, ensuring exemplary customer service and product knowledge on counter each day.
Be committed to hitting targets by engaging customers with enthusiasm for our products and services and by being an excellent team player.
Experience in delivering high-quality customer service; proven ability to motivate and develop others.
Strong communication skills and a real passion for beauty and skincare.
