Quality Manager required to work with us in Aine's Handmade ChocolatesÁine Hand Made Chocolate has been making deliciously smooth and creamy handmade Irish chocolate since ****.The company was founded by Ann Rudden, a Master Chocolatier with seventeen years experience in the chocolate industry and a woman with a passion for her art.Her vision was to create chocolate as it should be - mouth watering, melt-in-the-mouth magic that is made with only the purest, freshest, natural ingredients.All or ingredients are sourced as far as possible locally.Today, Áine Hand Made Chocolate employs a team who shares that passion for producing heavenly hand made chocolate.OpportunityÁine's Hand Made Chocolate is looking for a motivated and dynamic Quality & Technical Manager .This role ensures our products consistently meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance with BRC and customer requirements.Based at the Áine's Handmade Chocolate, the role reports directly to the Managing DirectorKey Responsibilities:Lead and maintain Áine's Handmade Chocolate Quality Management System, including HACCP, BRC, and customer standardsOversee staff training, internal audits, plant inspections, and compliance reportingManage product quality, food safety, and customer specificationsApprove label copy and artwork to ensure food law complianceHandle customer complaints, identify trends, and implement corrective action.Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage audits and inspectionsMonitor plant and product performance.Manage environmental testing and complianceSupport and contribute to Health & Safety initiativesStay up to date with food safety legislation and update QMS accordinglyRequirementsExperience in a similar food manufacturing quality/technical roleStrong knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and food legislationExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesTo ApplyTo ensure your application is considered, Please provideA brief cover note.An up-to-date CV.Date of availability.Salary expectations.Applications must be received by September 5th, ****.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €38,******-€50,****** per yearWork Location: In personApplication deadline: 05/09/2025
