Quality & EHS ManagerPermanent | Full-Time | Manufacturing | IrelandAn established and growing manufacturing organisation is seeking aQuality & EHS Managerto take overall responsibility for Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) management across its operations.This is a mid-senior management role, supported by a dedicated QHSE team, and offers the opportunity to shape and drive continuous improvement across all functions.The Role:Lead, manage and promote the Business Management System (BMS) with a focus on continuous improvement in quality and safety.Ensure compliance with ISO standards *****, *****, *****, EN****) and all relevant legislation.Oversee internal and external audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.Drive EHS culture, sustainability initiatives and employee engagement in safety and quality.Act as the client point of contact for QHSE matters across projects and installations.Report QHSE performance to senior management and drive improvement initiatives.The Person:3rd level qualification in Quality (or related discipline).Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Quality & EHS leadership role within manufacturing.Strong knowledge ofISO ****************and integrated management systems.ISO **** Lead Auditor qualification (essential); NEBOSH certification an advantage.Demonstrable experience in project/change management.Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.Industry Backgrounds Considered:Candidates fromfabrication, automotive, medical equipment, or medical device manufacturingwill be well-suited to this role, given the transferable quality and regulatory requirements.The Next Step for you:Should this position be of interest to you please forward your CV to Sarah Mac Mullan from Next Generation Recruitment or alternatively call on the main line onNext Generation are specialists in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Technical and Operation (permanent, contract and temporary) positions.Applications are in strict confidence.Next Generation will never share your data outside of our organisation without your prior written consent.Please read our Data Protection Policy on our website.
