ETRM Business Analyst
, you will have a natural drive and love to take the lead in understanding business requirements and broader commercial objectives and ensure technology solutions meet dynamic business needs.
Moreover, you have a fair understanding of some of the new technology trends in the industry, to name but a few from the last year at Centrica: AWS, AI, MongoDB.

About the team
As an ETRM Business Analyst, you will be a part of a skilled Agile (Scrum or Kanban) team in our development department, which consists of more than 70 colleagues involved in different projects.
You can look forward to a diverse role where you will work with development teams and, working with business stakeholders, shape the product.

About the role
We are looking for an ETRM Business Analyst to help us in building our ETRM platform to end-to-end manage Power & Gas Trading and renewable transactions which are complex in nature, covering but not limited to PPAs, Corporate PPAs, Gas Purchase agreements.
The role will be based out of our office in Aalborg with some travel between locations expected.
About you
You will be hired based on your skills as well as your desires.
We expect that you:
Have a relevant education with experience of commodities industry and markets and products
Experience in providing trading analytics software for price forecasting and commodities demand projection
ETRM Experience
Good understanding of Linear Programming and Optimisation
Have a passion for delivering high quality product
Like close collaboration with internal customers on all phases of a products life cycle
Show leadership to handle business conflicts and navigate from idea to requirement to product journey
Like to explore new technologies and continuously expand you and your team's skill set.
You should be business oriented and enjoy a busy and varied day.
