Job Description
As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the sales process, aligning sales and marketing efforts, and driving the success of sales initiatives.
You will act as a central point of coordination between sales, marketing, and training teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Your ability to manage initiatives, create compelling content, and foster cross-functional relationships will be critical to achieving business objectives.
Key responsibilities
Set and adapt strategic sales goals aligned with company objectives, tracking performance and responding to market or business shifts.
Design, manage, and optimise sales territories, ensuring alignment with market potential and supporting territory transitions through structured processes.
Streamline sales processes and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to boost customer acquisition and retention.
Leverage data and insights to prioritise high-value opportunities, monitor KPIs, and translate findings into actionable sales initiatives.
Develop sales enablement materials and messaging, ensuring consistent communication, effective pitching, and market trend awareness across customer-facing teams.
Qualifications
Relevant experience: Degree with 2+ years' experience, or 5+ years in a Revenue Enablement role.
Strong communicator: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Highly organised: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
Analytical expertise: Proficient in data analysis, interpreting complex datasets, and using Salesforce CRM.
Technical competence: Strong working knowledge of MS Office and relevant digital tools.
