Sales Operations Manager RevOps Analytics, Systems & Tools Overview We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team with a focus on analytics, systems, and tools. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver insights, manage our GTM tech stack, and improve processes that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with strong analytical skills, experience with CRM and GTM systems, and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Analytics & Reporting Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue KPIs. Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and ad-hoc data requests from sales leadership. Translate data insights into process improvements and GTM recommendations. Systems & Tools Management Act as day-to-day owner of Salesforce and related GTM systems (Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, Clari, CPQ, BI tools, etc.). Ensure CRM data quality, governance, and consistency across systems. Partner with RevOps leadership to evaluate and implement new tools to improve efficiency and scalability. Process & Enablement Improve and document sales processes to ensure consistency and scalability. Train and enable sales teams on CRM best practices, dashboards, and new tool rollouts. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Ops and CS Ops to align workflows and reporting across the revenue funnel. Collaboration & Support Work closely with Sales Managers and GTM leaders to understand business needs and deliver insights. Provide operational support for territory assignments, quota management, and compensation tracking. Serve as a trusted resource for data-driven decision-making. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field. 47 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics. Strong proficiency with Salesforce (administration, reporting, workflows); experience with CPQ, CLM, and sales engagement platforms a plus. Hands-on experience with BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
