As an Enterprise Sales Director reporting to our Global Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:
Pitching our award winning and cutting edge SaaS solution with our supporting business expertise and closing deals with businesses from SMEs to CorporationsDelivering on and sustaining a proven track record of selling Fintech applications to SMEs and Corporate entitiesGenerating deals and revenue by managing end-to-end sales pursuits (sourcing, generating, qualifying, pursuing, and closing) platform and services dealsConducting market research and testing use cases within the target market.
Identifying TAM within the specific areas of focus and building out strategic go-to-market plansSystematically building and nurturing a pipeline of referred and new opportunitiesTaking a consultative approach to investigating business needs and uncovering new opportunities and partnershipsOverseeing deal-specific negotiations to ensure opportunities are progressing against deal targets, remaining within budget, driving to a successful closeImproving how we sell by bringing best practices from your experienceThe skills that you have:
Minimum 7 years' experience in SaaS solution sales to SMEs and CorporatesDemonstrated track record of commercial achievements, meeting/exceeding pre-agreed targetsA reputation for rolling up your sleeves and getting results - someone with drive, passion and determination to pursue and close new logosPrior experience leading end-to-end technical solutions, from generating to closing, with the ability to engage C-level executives throughoutHaving a robust sales methodology and executionHave successfully built a book of business within a similar industrySuperb time management, judgment, decision making, and problem-solving skillsExpert high-impact communication and presentation capabilitiesHigh intellectual and emotional intelligence and innate ability to focus on partner /client needsA background in prospecting, creating deals from scratch and closing of new businessCredibility at all levels, including C-level and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customerHigh professional and personal standards: thorough, organized and conscientiousOwn and drive multiple opportunities with the ability to focus and deliver on multiple short and long term sales through their cyclesCreativity, team player mindset and resilienceMinimum of a bachelor's degreeFluent English, additional languages an advantageAt Taxback International, we are a community of like-minded individuals committed to excellence in everything we do.
