Mark Anthony Brands International is an entrepreneurial drinks company, built from the ground up by thinking differently, innovating and doing the unexpected.Our company is rooted in family values, a bold vision and relentless determination to continuously raise the bar and make a positive difference in consumers' lives.Founded in ****, we've grown organically from a one-person import wine business into an international drinks company whose hallmarks include a portfolio of luxury wineries and iconic beverage brands, includingWhite Claw Hard Seltzer, Mike's Hard Lemonade, Cayman Jack, Glendalough Whiskey & Gin,andMás+ by Messi.At Mark Anthony Brands we hire passionate people because nothing great is done without passion.We trust those closest to the work to do what's right, to act like an owner.We are growing a lasting legacy, where people come first.LocationThis role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin.We're thrilled about this move, which reflects our growth and commitment to providing a vibrant, inspiring space for celebration, collaboration, and unearthing the extraordinary.While we love the energy that comes with being in the office, we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too.That's why we offer hybrid working arrangements within Ireland, giving you the best of both worlds.What You\'ll Do:As our newSupply Chain Planneryou will be accountable for the efficient and effective execution of the Demand & Supply Planning process.The Supply Chain Planner will create, maintain, manage and report on the rolling 18-month demand & supply plan including risks/ops through the S&OP process, collaborating with internal & external stakeholders to drive improvement in forecasting accuracy / schedule adherence, manage inventory levels and ensure optimal customer service to support business growth for both current and future portfolio.Additional key responsibilities include:Collaborate with commercial teams to create a monthly demand forecast by SKU and customer using distributor data, market insights and trends, and upload into the Finacle Planning System.Partner with third-party copackers and sister manufacturing sites to build the supply plan, ensuring lead times and transit schedules are accurately reflected to maintain optimal inventory levels and customer service.Ensure accurate and timely production reporting from copackers, updating systems with outputs to safeguard stock integrity at all times.Calculate, track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, On Time and In Full (OTIF) customer service, and inventory levels against target, driving corrective actions as required.Act as a key participant in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, facilitating rolling 18-month demand and supply forecasts, highlighting risks, opportunities and improvement actions.Identify, escalate and resolve risks and dynamic changes in demand or supply, ensuring the right balance between cost efficiency, customer service and working capital priorities.Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy and supply chain resilience.Collaborate with material planners, commercial teams and contract manufacturers to align material availability, support new product launches and provide insights for new market entries in line with the stage-gate process.What You\'ll Bring:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.+5 years\' experience in demand and supply planning management, preferably within the beverage, FMCG or CPG industry.Proven experience working with planning systems such as SAP, JDA, Oracle, o9, and ideally QAD.Demonstrated participation in innovation and new product development (NPD) projects, including stage-gate or change management processes.Cross-functional experience across supply chain areas such as customer service, master data management, procurement, or project management.Who you areStrong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in an organization.Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level;
