Global Labelling Manager - Ireland, Dublin - 12 Month ContractLocated on the picturesque coast of Ireland, our Global pharmaceutical client is looking for aGlobal Labelling Manager to join their state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility.They have invested $55 billion in research to discover and develop new medicines in the pursuit of scientific breakthroughs and changing people's lives.They have 50,000 employees around the world and are continuing to grow.Essential duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:Global product leadership for strategic planning and forecasting of label change projectsResponsibility for accuracy and completeness of the Brief phase within the Artwork Management System and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsProject Management responsibility within the system for Production, Design and Asset workflowsLead label change projects and associated deliverables for launches, site transfers, country/area specific changes and other labelling focused projects.Lead the periodic formal review process for label change management and develop and report performance metrics within label change execution.Ownership and leadership role within the Packaging and Artwork StrategyLead shared label strategy development and maintenance over the product life cycleChange Plan ownership for labelling operationsAct as business process owner for specific labelling business processes and assume role of documentation subject matter expertLead role to represent GLM in early development labelling work including functioning as lead for labeling launch activity.Desirable Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain and extensive experience in Operations, Regulatory or Quality environmentProficiency in English (both written and oral)Experience working effectively across different cultures, multiple functional areas and in complex matrix environmentsExcellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of management and personnel.Demonstrated success in negotiating and problem solving skillsStrong interpersonal and organisational skillsExcellent leadership skills and a proven ability to drive cross functional collaboration.Understanding of Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain aspects of labelling and impact of non-complianceKnowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical, Device, Device/Combo Products, specifically regulations and standards affecting the Packaging and Labelling Quality SystemStrong project management skills including stakeholder management.If this role is of interest, please apply now#LI-JS4#J-*****-Ljbffr
